How much does valet trash cost?
It depends on your property, so we quote each community individually. Many communities offer it as a billed amenity, and it can be a profitable one.
We have never offered this. Is it hard to add?
No. We walk the property, set pickup days with you, and help with the resident notice. There is nothing to build.
Residents already take out their own trash. Why add this?
Because it turns a chore into an amenity. Residents get a convenience at their door, the property looks cleaner, and your team hears less about trash.
Can we charge residents for this?
Yes. Many communities bill valet trash as a resident amenity. We can talk through what fits your property when we quote it.
What do residents have to do?
They set their trash out. A Rightway Trash Valet collects it at the scheduled pickup time and takes it to the dumpster.
Do we have to replace our dumpster company?
No. They still empty the dumpster. Rightway handles pickup from each resident’s door to that dumpster.
We have a trash chute. Do we still need valet trash?
You do not have to close the chute, and many towers keep both. Chutes skip garden buildings and townhomes on the same site, and jammed doors still land on your team. Doorstep pickup gives every home a set-out that does not depend on the shaft.
